Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any booking you make with Vegas Scooter and Slingshot Rentals (VSSR). By using the site or booking a rental, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
Exotic and luxury car rentals require drivers to be 25 or older with a valid, current driver's license and qualifying insurance. International visitors are welcome with a home-country license and passport. Full driver requirements are listed in the rental contract.
Bookings, payments and deposits
Reservations can be made by phone or through our online booking partner. Availability, pricing, deposits, fuel, mileage and return policies are described on each vehicle page and in the rental contract, which you sign before taking a vehicle. Where these Terms and the signed rental agreement differ, the signed rental agreement controls. All rentals are final sale; exchanges or reschedules require 1–3 business days' notice.
Use of this website
You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, disrupting, attempting unauthorized access, or using site content for unlawful purposes. All text, images, logos and other content on the site are the property of VSSR or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services such as our booking and payment providers and social media. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vehicle availability, specifications and pricing may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSSR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability connected with a rental itself is governed by the signed rental agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
