Exotic Car Rental Contract Summary

Here's a clear, plain-language summary of the terms that apply when you rent an exotic from VSSR in Las Vegas.

Driver & documents

Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid, current driver's license — no suspended or expired licenses (a renewal with documentation is accepted).
You must present a valid license, a credit or debit card, and your insurance declaration page with the correct coverage limits before taking the vehicle.
Only approved, listed drivers may operate the car. If anyone else drives and damage occurs, the renter is responsible for all repairs or the vehicle's value.
International drivers are welcome with a home-country license and passport.

Deposit, payment & security

A refundable security deposit is held on a credit or debit card at pickup and returned after the car is checked in clean, undamaged, and refueled.
You authorize VSSR to charge the card on file for fuel, damages, late fees, tolls, violations, and any other charges owed under the agreement.
Reckless driving — speeding, burnouts, drifting, or any unlawful operation — can result in loss of the deposit plus additional repair-based fees.

Fuel, mileage & return

Return the car with a full tank of 91 octane and keep the fuel receipt. Returning without proof of 91 octane carries a minimum $200 charge.
For a 3-hour rental, miles are unlimited within Las Vegas. A full-day rental includes 150 miles; overage is billed per additional mile.
Rentals are to stay within Las Vegas / Nevada unless otherwise agreed in writing. Return the vehicle on time — Nevada law (NRS 205.312) treats a vehicle not returned within 72 hours of the agreement's end as embezzlement.

Vehicle care & liability

You acknowledge receiving the car in good physical and mechanical condition and are responsible for it until VSSR checks it back in.
Do not carry more passengers than seat belts, use the car for hire, tow or push anything, or drive off-road. Sitting, standing, or climbing on the car forfeits the deposit and covers any damage.
The renter indemnifies and holds the owner harmless for losses, claims, and expenses connected with use of the vehicle.
VSSR is not responsible for personal property left in or transported in the vehicle.

Refunds & changes

All rentals are final sale with no refunds. You may exchange for a rental of the same value with authorization.
If a vehicle is unavailable, you can reschedule 1 to 3 business days out.
