Slingshot Rental Contract Summary

Here's a clear, plain-language summary of the terms that apply when you rent a Polaris Slingshot from VSSR in Las Vegas.

This page is a summary of our rental terms for easy reading. It is not the complete legal agreement. You'll sign the full rental contract at pickup — call (702) 907-8477 for the full agreement or with any questions before you book.

Riders & safety

Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license, a credit or debit card, and their auto insurance provider on file.
The driver and every passenger must wear a seat belt (this includes anyone weighing over 60 pounds). Passengers cannot exceed 300 lbs per seat.
All Slingshots are open-air autocycles — follow all posted speed limits and drive responsibly at all times.

GPS, deposit & safe driving

Every vehicle has a GPS tracker. Reckless, aggressive, or speeding driving (over 80 mph, above the 65 mph legal limit), spinning, burnouts, drifting, and hard acceleration are prohibited.
A deposit is held on all rentals for incidentals. Abuse flagged by the tracker can cost you part or all of your deposit, and you may be charged $25 per alert if the vehicle is misused.
The insurance deductible is $3,500.

Fuel, mileage & return times

All Slingshots take 91 premium. Return with the same amount of gas you left with, or pay a $15-per-gallon refuel charge.
Miles are unlimited for 1, 2, and 3-hour rentals. Day rentals include 150 miles; over that it's $4.89 per additional mile.
Day rentals picked up after 12 PM are due back by 12 PM the next day. Automatic and 4-seater Slingshots must be returned by midnight on the day they were rented. Extended time may be available for an added cost with approval.
You get a 15-minute grace period on returns; past that, a $150-per-hour late fee applies.

Refunds & changes

All rentals are final sale with no refunds. You may exchange for a rental of the same value with authorization.
If a vehicle is unavailable, you can reschedule 1 to 3 business days out.
By signing at pickup, you confirm you've read and agree to the full terms and conditions and authorize charges to your card for tolls, violations, and any amounts owed.
