If more than 15 min after expected return time I will be charged an extra full day rental fee.(All Day Rentals are due back by Noon the next day). (This does NOT mean you can Keep the Rental for the additional Day.) I will be charged a $20 gas fee if scooter is returned lower than noted on agreement I understand the scooter is in my possession from the moment I get the keys until it is checked back in by a VSSR employee. I am responsible for all vandalism or damages while in my possession. If I lose the keys I will be charged a $89.99 re-key fee. If Helmet(s) is not Returned, Stolen or is Damaged $99 Replacement Fee If scooter is returned undamaged VSSR will return my deposit within 24 hours contingent upon mechanic review of scooter condition (will take 1-10 working days to hit your account depending on your bank) ALL DEPOSIT QUESTIONS CAN BE ANSWERED AT VSSRINFORMATION@GMAIL.COM , (THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO INQUIRE ! ) I will pay any legal or collection fees incurred by VSSR Waiver, Liability, and Hold Harmless Agreement: I hereby release waive and discharge the right to seek medical reimbursement or the legal prosecution of VSSR. I agree to be the sole person driving the rental vehicle and I am fully responsible for any person/s who, with or without consent, to sit, stand or ride the vehicle and hereby indemnify VSSR and its affiliates for any legal prosecution from physical injury resulting to myself or someone else or property damage the rental equipment provided by VSSR. It is my express intent this release and hold harmless agreement shall bind my family if I'm alive and heirs , assigns and personal representatives if I am deceased. It shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and convent not to sue VSSR and its affiliates, independent contractors, officers, agents and employees. I also waive my rights to arbitration and jury trial waiver. I also waive my rights to sue the company for any negligence on the vehicles All of the above specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted by me the client/renter and are fully executed as stated in this agreement and I accept full responsibility for my action and have read and agreed to terms on all pages of the contract. If I decide to extend the agreement they must pay all fees prior to the extension. 1. Las Vegas Strip speed limit is maximum 30mph. The vehicle must be used within a 1 mile radius of the Strip and Downtown, unless stated otherwise and never used on major highways or interstates. 2. You are renting at your own risk. 3. You must have a valid drivers license and be at least 18 years of age and/or older to rent. Also must have a valid credit card on file. 4. Warning: single or double riders must not exceed 300lbs. combined Rent A Scooter and it's affiliates do not offer any type of insurance or liability. You are renting at your own risk. 5. If you let anyone use the vehicle including those under the age of 18, you are responsible and liable for the vehicle and all personal or property damage. 6. Renter is responsible for any moving violations/impound fees. All Rentals are final sales without refunds. An option to exchange for same rental value can be made upon authorization. I am agreeing to ALL the Charges and Services Provided by VSSR Corp. and Hold them Harmless from any Chargebacks or Fees from the Rental IF YOU BREACH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU CAN LOSE PART OR ALL OF YOUR DEPOSIT By Checking Off Each Box You Are Admitting to Have Read and Are Accepting Each Individual Condition Signature*By Signing I am agreeing to all terms and conditions stated in this contract.
