- The driver of the Rented vehicle and any passenger over the age (weighing over 60 pounds) must wear a seat belt. Passengers cannot exceed 300lbs per seat.
- PLEASE BE AWARE all vehicles have a GPS tracker. This will report to us & you any reckless, aggressive, speeding (speeds over 80mph which is over the legal limit of 65mph). Spinning, burnouts, drifting, hard acceleration are prohibited. If we receive this report you could lose partial or full amount of your deposit. We will take a deposit for all rentals and hold for any incidentals. *You could be charged$25 per alert (not text message) if the vehicle is abused in anyway.
- Rentals are due back by 12pm the next day (for day rentals if picked up after 12pm). Unlimited miles for 1, 2, 3 hour rentals. Mile allowance for day rentals is 150 miles. If you go over you will be charge $4.89 per additional mile. (Automatic and 4-Seater Slingshots must be returned by midnight on the day they were rented). (Extended time can be allowed for additional costs on approval) Insurance Deductible is $3.5k
- If you don’t return the vehicle with the same amount of gas when your departed there will be a charge of $15 per gallon to refill. Also you will be given a 15min. grace period for your return. If you exceed the grace period, you will be charged $150 for each additional hour.(This is considered a Late Fee).
- ALL RENTALS ARE FINAL SALES WITHOUT REFUNDS. An option to exchange for same rental value can be made upon authorization. By signing below, you: agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as set forth on the Face Page, in the Terms and Conditions, and any other document that you sign; acknowledge that you had the opportunity to read the entire Agreement before signing; authorize is to process a separate credit/debit card voucher in your name for all charges, including tolls and violations; and authorize us to release your billing/rental information to third parties for billing/processing purposes. All charges are subject to final audit.
- I am agreeing to ALL the Charges and Services Provided by VSSR Corp. and Hold them Harmless from any Chargebacks or Fees from the Rental
- I understand that i am renting this vehicle at my own risk and Hold VSSR Corp. harmless from any liabilities or lawsuits during my rental. furthermore, if an accident does occur then i will provide my personal Insurance to the proper authorities.
